every once in a while I try to take brooklin out on a date. I do this so that i have the opportunity to reconnect with the sweet girl that she is. her little sister tends to get more of my attention throughout the day because, well, she needs it. lauren is 3 years younger than brooklin and is not (although she wants to be) as "less dependent" (can't really say independent, because brooklin would prefer i help with everything even though she can do things just fine on her own) on me as brooklin.
anyway, our date this time consisted of:
a movie at the new theater

| we watched the croods, and brooklin thought it was hilarious. |
dinner at dairy queen
 |
| we split a meal because we had too many treats at the movie. |
baking brownies together
and me roller blading while she rode her bike.
it was a pretty awesome night!
