i am not a big fan of the stage brooklin is going through right now, and i was wondering if we could just be done with it already? seriously! for the past week (at least!) she has been hanging on me everywhere i go. she just crawls right up to me and climbs up my leg, holds on for dear life, and whines at me. she seems to have lost interest in her toys and for some reason she has gained an interest in me and whatever i happen to be doing. also, she has decided that she needs to get up in the middle of the night, as if she were an infant. i know, there are a lot of mothers out there who have children older than mine that don't sleep through the night, and they really don't want to listen to me complain, BUT, mine has been sleeping through the night since 4 or 5 months. so, what the heck is going on?! this morning she was up at 3 and didn't go back to sleep until almost 5. ridiculous! i would really like to have my good little sleeper back, please. and what's with the throwing tantrums during diaper changes? come on, do you really want to sit in that dirty diaper any longer? i don't think so. she's lucky that she's so dang cute, because it just barely makes up for the little attitude she's aquired.
