these pictures were taken by my talented brother in-law jonathan, at double bluff beach on whidbey island. what a beautiful beach, and it actually has sand! brooklin was in heaven. that girl can play in the sand for hours. lauren enjoyed herself too, but needed constant supervision. everytime that girl found a rock it went straight to her mouth. i honestly think it's one of her reflexes, because it was almost automatic.
i'm not much of a beach babe, i guess we can't all be as naturally cute as my gorgeous girls (bias? maybe, but i don't think so). lol! actually, my brother in-law was practicing taking pictures into the light, and i volunteered to help him out, i guess.
