hot dates and bicycle rides

so my sexy hot husband took me out friday night. we got all dolled up and went out to dinner at black forest, which was very nummy, and then we went to the stake sweetheart ball. it was a lot of fun to be able to have a special dress-up date with scotty, even if we didn't end up dancing the night away. every time i go dancing i realize how much of a wallflower i am. i feel like such a dork that i always just end up dancing to the slow songs, which is okay i guess. that way i don't get all sweaty, right? i had fun anyway, and scott and i made fun of everyone else and their silly dancing.

oh, and how cute is my husband? he got me a corsage. he was pretty disappointed that it wasn't a wrist one. apparently you need to specify that to the florist when you order one. it's the thought that counts, right? :)

today was such a beautiful day, although still a little chilly, but a perfect day to test out auntie shanna's new bike trailer. brooklin rode along with jackson as shanna pulled them for a fun little ride. amazingly, they managed to keep their hands to themselves for the most part. brooklin was having a blast. she was kicking her feet the whole time (her new thing lately) and blowing raspberries. we're definitely going to have to go again once it gets a little warmer. :)

So you are the only one of your sisters who is keeping up with their blogs. Terry finally taught me how to do this and I am bloggin' away. You looked great all dressed up. I'm glad you had fun.....

What a fun weekend! I'm a wallflower, too. The slow songs are all I need.

Why is your sister the one pulling the trailer? I used to ride with the boys in a trailer, but now I think that would be over 100 lbs of trailer. They can ride their own bikes.
